1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the y6bt website and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. y6bt reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time and for any reason consistent with applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. y6bt strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request proof of age at any time.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of another person, corporation or other entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the Platform, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion programme.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

y6bt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to close or restrict accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Funds held in ineligible accounts may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the Platform you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. The following rules apply to your account:

• One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You must notify y6bt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• y6bt may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.

y6bt shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your account security obligations. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

y6bt supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via mobile financial services widely used in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of any applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. y6bt aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one business day.
• y6bt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own service charges independently.
• y6bt reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending fraud investigation, document verification or where terms have been breached.

All balances on the Platform are denominated in BDT. y6bt is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a player deposits in a currency other than BDT.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

y6bt offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable rollover multiple will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for their stated purpose (e.g. sports betting, casino, slots) as specified in the promotion. Cross-product wagering may not count towards a bonus rollover unless explicitly permitted.
• y6bt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, to modify the terms of ongoing promotions, and to disqualify any player found to be abusing promotional offers.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. y6bt may suspend or permanently close any account and forfeit any balances held where prohibited conduct is detected:

• Registering or operating more than one account (multi-accounting), including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers or payment methods for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit Platform promotions or guaranteed-profit schemes.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any other interaction with y6bt.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime.

y6bt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected financial crime to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of y6bt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of y6bt.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y6bt and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit y6bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

y6bt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and voluntary self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

If you believe that you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. Players must be 21 years or older. y6bt promotes gaming as entertainment only.

10. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting y6bt support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

y6bt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

11. Amendments to These Terms

y6bt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, y6bt will post the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to y6bt's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts. y6bt is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, promptly and transparently.
